When candidates submit information through the HIRE USA portal, we collect personal details including full legal name, date of birth, contact information (email address and telephone number), mailing address, application information (position and highest education), and one supporting document.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your information is used solely for evaluating your application for employment and verifying your candidate qualifications. It is accessed only by authorized hiring personnel. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security & Encryption
All data transmitted to our portal is protected using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS). Sensitive fields such as date of birth are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Supporting documents are stored in private, unlisted server storage not accessible from the public web.
4. Your Rights & Inquiries
Candidates may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their submitted records by contacting our support team at support@hireusa.com.
